Terms and Conditions

Welcome to My Venue, a subscription-based SaaS platform designed to simplify and streamline operations for banquet halls, private venues, lawns, and similar event spaces. By accessing, registering, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

• "My Venue" refers to the software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform developed and owned by Finden Technologies Pvt Ltd (the Company), which offers venue management functionalities such as lead tracking, payment management, calendar scheduling, invoicing, and other related tools for event venues.
• "User", "Client", or "You" refers to any individual or legal entity that has signed up for or is using the My Venue platform.
• "We", "Our", or "Company" refers to the creators and legal owners of My Venue.

2. Free Trial and Subscription

• Users can sign up and access My Venue for a 28-day free trial without providing payment details.
• After the free trial, continued access will require a monthly subscription, starting from the 29th day.
• Subscription charges will be auto-renewed monthly unless cancelled by the user prior to the renewal date.
• All subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Who Can Use My Venue

My Venue is intended for use by businesses and individuals operating banquets, private halls, lawns, or any similar venues that host legal public or private events. The platform should not be used for illegal, harmful, or prohibited activities.

4. Data Privacy and Security

• We value your trust. All data you input into My Venue (such as customer data, booking records, and financial transactions) is stored securely and is not sold or shared with any third party.
• However, we shall not be held liable for any data loss, corruption, or cyberattacks, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, server breaches, or force majeure incidents.
• Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

5. No Custom Development

My Venue is an off-the-shelf, subscription-based product. We do not offer custom software development, feature requests, or modifications to the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

• The platform, codebase, UI/UX design, data architecture, and all intellectual property related to My Venue are the sole property of the Company.
• Users receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software during their subscription period.
• Under no circumstances does the user acquire rights to source code, design, trademarks, or any proprietary technology.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments made for the subscription are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors clearly attributable to us.
• Users are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to be charged.
• Late or failed payments may lead to suspension or termination of access.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms, misusing the platform, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss of revenue, business interruption, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use My Venue.
• Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the user in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to the Platform or Terms

• We may update the platform features, pricing, or these Terms from time to time.
• Continued use after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Margao, Goa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
