1. No-Refund Policy
My Venue operates on a strict no-refund policy for subscription fees. This means:
- Once payment is processed for any billing cycle (monthly subscription), the amount is non-refundable.
- Whether you actively use the platform or not, once the subscription fee for a billing cycle is charged, no refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued.
2. Free Trial Before Payment
We offer a 28-day free trial with full access to the platform, without requiring payment details, so that you can explore My Venue before making a financial commitment.
We encourage all users to make full use of the trial period to evaluate the product's suitability for their business needs.
3. Cancellation & Non-Renewal
If at any point you are not satisfied with the service:
- You may choose not to renew your subscription before the next billing cycle begins.
- You can cancel your subscription from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Once cancelled, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:
- Duplicate payments due to system error
- Mistaken charges caused by billing misconfiguration on our end
Such cases will be reviewed individually, and any approved refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
